I’m Melissa Cook, and I’m proud to call Alabama home. I grew up in Etowah County and now live in beautiful DeKalb County with my husband, our son, and our two dogs. We’re a close-knit family who loves the outdoors, spending time at the lake, and yes — like any good Southern girl — I’m passionate about college football.
Faith, family, and friendship are at the heart of everything I do. That passion for people is exactly what led me to a career in real estate. Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of helping families across Alabama buy and sell homes — from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. I’ve served as both a licensed Realtor and Broker, and I’ve learned that behind every address is a story that matters.
I took a leap into a new role to serve families in a different — but just as important — way. I joined Victorian Finance in Fort Payne, where I now work as a mortgage lender, serving clients all over Alabama and beyond.
